He confirmed the appointment the day before, but then had me waiting 20 mins. Didn’t answer the phone or the door, then when I left and asked for a re...fund on my deposit, there was no reply. This was the second time he either cancelled my appointment at the last min or didn’t show up, very unprofessional!
