I booked an appointment for noon and when i got there the door was locked with a sign saying at lunch will be back at 1. Waited 15 minutes in case the...re was a mix-up, but no showed up or answered the phone. Update: I was sent an apology and they explained the mix-up and was given a complimentary haircut the following day. Show more
