Originally my son booked with someone else specifically bc they did a great job last time. He was rescheduled by the shop with another barber. When we... get there his original barber was at the shop...but ok, I went w the flow. This cut is terrible. My son didn't want me goin back in there, thinking I may embarrass him (I would not have), however Im sorry, it can't go unsaid. I don't know if he was passed off bc he's a kid or the barber he saw is new or what, but for ANY of them to let him walk out of there lookin like that, take our money AND a tip, just bc I needed to be on a business call at the time of his appointment & he was "on his own" in there is really disappointing. Kids look up to y'all thinkin you're cool & whatever you do for them is right. But I assure you, it wasn't, & honestly felt taken advantage of, for a fool, when I thought establishments like this & men had young boys backs. Sad that I trusted that & was wrong. It is way too expensive to not have it done right & I ONLY go in there bc I can see him light up bein in a " cool guys place", & I initially thought it worth it to pay a little more to make him happy & support young people in business, but not when the quality comes out like this.
