Originally my son booked with someone else specifically bc they did a great job last time. He was rescheduled by the shop with another barber. When we... get there his original barber was at the shop...but ok, I went w the flow. This cut is terrible. My son didn't want me goin back in there, thinking I may embarrass him (I would not have), however Im sorry, it can't go unsaid. I don't know if he was passed off bc he's a kid or the barber he saw is new or what, but for ANY of them to let him walk out of there lookin like that, take our money AND a tip, just bc I needed to be on a business call at the time of his appointment & he was "on his own" in there is really disappointing. Kids look up to y'all thinkin you're cool & whatever you do for them is right. But I assure you, it wasn't, & honestly felt taken advantage of, for a fool, when I thought establishments like this & men had young boys backs. Sad that I trusted that & was wrong. It is way too expensive to not have it done right & I ONLY go in there bc I can see him light up bein in a " cool guys place", & I initially thought it worth it to pay a little more to make him happy & support young people in business, but not when the quality comes out like this. Looked them up on Yelp and their website. Made an appointment and came in. Brian was the guy who did my hair and it was a great cut ! The environment ...was neat and the guys that work there all had a cool vibe. Definitely would check them out in their shop ! Show more

Since we moved here in California from Arizona we always see to it to have haircut appointments at RESOL Barbershop . Jesus Flores makes it happen wha...tever we asked him to do with our hair (my kids too). You just have to show a picture or a model to him (since he barely talks and understands English) for whatever you want with your hair to look nice. So far so good he never disappoint me. Work wise people in RESOL is amazing! Show more
