I’m giving one star because, unfortunately, you can't give less. After reviewing the profiles and work of each barber, I booked an appointment with a ...specific one; however, when I arrived 10 minutes early, I was told he wasn't there and might take over an hour to show up, though someone else could take me instead. I thought, "Okay, I don't mind; it's my first time here," but that other barber smelled strongly of cigarettes and—on top of that—cut me three times: on my face, neck, and scalp. It was the most traumatic experience of my life; he used his tools with such force that he hurt me and left marks on my skin. Furthermore, I had booked a service for a haircut, beard trim, and eyebrows, yet they didn't even ask what I wanted or check my reservation—basically, it’s a business that shows absolutely no care for the customer.
