Chay is an absolute joy and treasure. She is so thoughtful, takes her time listening to what you want, and really cares about her client’s vision. She... gave me extensions (k-tip & tape-in blend) and I am obsessed! She helped me fine tune the color to make sure I loved the result, and I most certainly do!! I have tried >5 different hair salons since moving to the Bay Area a couple of years ago, and I finally found a permanent hair stylist with Chay! I ha...ve seen her three times now and each time I walk out loving my hair. She has helped me to update blonde highlights and later return my hair back to its natural dark color. I am so pleased with the results and love going in for my hair appointments to chat with Chay. I definitely recommend seeing her! Show more

Full Service Hair Cut

I went to chay for a much needed haircut. I wanted to add some “butterfly layers” and she knew exactly what I needed. She added a deep conditioning t...reatment to the service and it was awesome. The scalp massage is like being at a spa. The products she used are high quality and I’ve never felt my hair so healthy and soft and shiny. She finished the cut with a blow out style and then created a soft bouncy curl. I feel ready for a night out. Thank you, I will be back. Salon is so cute with shopping boutique items and the rest of the staff are so nice. Show more
