Honestly, I’ve been here several times and today was the first day I was disappointed. NOT in the quality of the work but in the entire interaction. M...y appointment was at 12 for BOTH my hands and my feet. Close to TWO HOURS goes by and my pedicure is almost done. No one has started my hands…mind you I was the only client in here at this point. Finally, they started on my hands. It almost felt like they forgot about it. Once they started I had to move from the pedicure chair to a regular table. It did get busy by this point and they had me move to a different table…again. I don’t get many days off and this is my relaxation time and this just wasn’t relaxing at all. For $300, I’m dissatisfied with the experience. However, I’ll give credit where credit is due. My nails look spectacular. Show more

After reviewing your booking details, we noticed that the pedicure was scheduled at 12:00 PM and the manicure was booked separately for 1:30 PM in the system. Based on this, we assumed you had intentionally spaced them apart and did not want both services done simultaneously. We apologize for any miscommunication or confusion this may have caused. She was attentive and friendly while ensuring that the entire process was what I desired. The owner Sammi also interacted with me and made sure that my experience was not a repeat of a previous experience I had at another salon. OMG Sahar the hairstylist is by far the best hair stylist I ever had since very long time. I am so glad I went to her and I just found her on Instagra...m randomly and it’s worth it. She loves her job and she will do her best to get you what you want even though my hair was a mess because the last salon I visited, but she fixed it nicely. She is my forever hairstylist .
