My 13 yr. Old Grandson, Frankie decided to change his style and Frank listened to him as he explained. This Barber is always very respectful and alwa...ts greets everyone with a welcoming handshake, my grandson responds to him very well. Frank not only cut his hair the way he asked but also styled and Gel and spends extra time rechecking each angel to make sure it was perfect. Frank is definitely a perfectionist and very detail oriented with his artistic and creative style and workmanship. My grandson age 12 usually gets the same style / shape up every 6 weeks.So today He decided to change it up and we were a little unsure how to explai...n exactly what he wanted thankfully Frank understood exactly how my grandson described it to him the style he was trying to achieve. My grandson was extremely pleased with it. My grandson had low self esteem about his looks bec of a cowlick he has in the front of his forehead. Frank use to use the straight razor and straighten that part out. Before coming to frank my grandson was not confident as he should have been but now after going to New Era and having routine appointments with Frank my grandson has changed so much, he walks in and first thing everyone thatvworks there greets you and Frank always shakes my grandsons hand. As I was saying this time around my grandson wanted something diff as far as style goes and he stated Dont cut the cowlick this time its fine it doesnt bother me anymore . His hair looked sharp when Frank finished . Frank is very meticulous and percise . We are truly grateful for his service he privides .If your not sure what type of shape up you need ask Frank he will tell you what look will compliment you best.
