This was one of my very first times getting my lashes done. On my way to my first appointment, I discovered that my tire was completely flat. Despite ...the inconvenience, she was incredibly understanding and promptly scheduled another appointment for the very next morning, even though it was New Year’s Eve. Unfortunately, she was completely booked for the following day, so she had to overbook herself to accommodate me! She explained every step of the process and aftercare in detail, making me feel very welcomed and well-informed about my new lashes. I highly recommend her!
