I have only made one appointment prior to this one, and it was completed. Iā€™m 19 and am fully capable of making my own haircut appointments Donā€™t let ...this man fool you, He was a No show for this one today, waited 45 minutes after my appointment and i got there a lil early. Now that iā€™ve left a bad review he wants to ā€œget police involvedā€ for ā€œtrying to destroy his businessā€ Iā€™m js letting you guys know who you about to break bread with. Iā€™ve attached screenshots with time stamps to show that i indeed did contact him on arrival, Very unprofessional! I went through his other 1 star ratings and they are for they exact same thing. Client booked several appointments before THIS (1). Doesnā€™t keep and consistent phone number to be contacted about these missed appointments!!! This client is no longer allowed to receive services with us and is not allowed in the facinity of the shop. Booksy will be contacted to get this emotional remark removed to provide better service for our customers who respect our GUIDELINES in the description of this luxury legitimate business!!! Again thanks anyway for booking and honoring that were the BESTT!!! Also police will be contacted so this non buisness minded minor can have his parents book for him to keep from booking with a buisness thatā€™s functional without their support!!!!!!!ā€™
