Wow…I’m just seeing this. However, I do recall speaking with you and you appeared to be understanding. In fact, I specifically remember calling you as an additional courtesy after canceling your appointment through the app. I didn’t get an answer. I also recall answering your call while I was out of the country (as another courtesy) and made an attempt to see if another stylist could accommodate you. It’s a shame that you weren’t able to express your discontent at the time of our conversation, perhaps we could’ve come to some kind of solution that would have been advantageous for the both of us. Nevertheless, I’m truly sorry for your experience and I hope you found a stylist that better fits your needs ❤️
