DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!!! I wish I could give a zero. My son’s appointment was at 4:30pm and we were there at 4:25. My son went in and I walked i...n to check the place out even though he’s a teenager. I told the lady I would be back I was going to run errands. At 7:30pm I still hadn’t heard from my son so I called and he let me know she hadn’t started on him yet. I told him I was coming to get him and that was ridiculous. Two minutes later my phone rings and he tells me he is in the shampoo bowl. He was not finished until 11:45pm from a 4:30pm appointment. She then charged me an extra $60 and would not allow my teenage son to get in his Uber until she received the full payment even though she had my deposit. I would never recommend ANYONE to go to someone who would do business like that and have someones child in the salon for almost 8 hours. Show more

Don’t listen to this lady!! She thought she was going to get a Free service…. She booked a service for 4:30… I tried calling her to tell her I had someone coming at 4pm but it was going straight to voicemail.. Just because you didn’t see it on my books do not mean people are not calling me booking that way… This is a salon not a fast food drive thur... you booked 2 - 3 hours before you came in.... I worked since 9am this morning non stop, no breaks and no food…. But I did have someone bring me and your son some Chick fil a …. Because I did need something to eat…. You wanted your son to get in the Uber before I was paid ... where they do that at? And you think it’s ok to get a service and not pay… So you wanted me trust you to pay after the service was completed and his hair looks amazing by the way! I have video if I need to post it… You was saying your Zelle isn’t working.. And needed someone else to pay… But you wanted me to trust a complete stranger who I had never met to get a service then leave and pay me later… You can’t even do that in Walmart… … Now the pay… You paid $40.45 to book your appointment the total for your appointment was $ 135 for Retwist and $40 for his two strand twist and $20 for his loc repair… this is how you had a balance of $155….. You ran straight to write a review smh…
