I've been a regular client here for several months. Initially, service was good but quality steadily declined over time. The final visit resulted in u...nsanitary conditions - tools were not properly cleaned between clients, leading to a scalp infection that required medical attention. Fades became increasingly uneven and beard lineups inconsistent. Health code violations are a serious concern. When I called on Dec 19th to report the scalp infection that developed the day after my Dec 5th haircut and has persisted for two weeks, the response was concerning. Instead of addressing the sanitation issue, the barber attempted to discredit my claim by demanding to personally examine the infection (despite not being a medical professional) and suggested I was lying for a refund. He insisted that without a dermatologist's diagnosis, I couldn't possibly know if I had a scalp infection - as if people routinely develop scalp issues the day after haircuts for no reason. When challenged about why anyone would make up such a claim, his response was simply "They could." His stance was clear: customers are assumed to be lying unless he personally verifies their claims, despite having no medical expertise to do so. This dismissive and unprofessional handling of a serious health concern only reinforces my safety concerns about this establishment.
