Brandon, I want to sincerely apologize for your recent experience. As the owner, I take full responsibility for what happened. We had a new barber come in who assured us of his qualifications, but after your appointment and immediate feedback, we realized he was not up to our standards — and he was let go the same day. I want to personally make this right. You are entitled to a full refund, and your next haircut is completely on me. Please know I would never intentionally disrespect anyone, especially our military.
