Well, all I can say is she seems nice, but I was never seen. I am leaving the state for Thanksgiving with family, so on Tuseday, I booked myself for W...endsdays at 3 PM and paid their $50 booking fee. Today, I showed up 10 mins before my scheduled time, but when I arrived, someone else was in the chair. I still waited an hour, but by 4 PM, I couldn't wait any longer. What is bothering me is the fact I paid their $50 booking fee, but I'm not sure I'm going to get it refunded. I probably won't be scheduling any other services and paying a booking fee of $50 to wait an hour past my initial schedule time. MY RESPONCE: As a paying customer, there shouldn't be anyone in the chair in my time slot. If there were issues with another client, you should be informing me of the situation since I paid a $50 booking fee. I'm not obligated to ask you anything. You, on the other hand, should have done everything you wrote in your response instead of telling me I should have communicated anything. If you knew customer service, this wouldn't have been your response. You should really look at your business, make some adjustments in your customer service, and learn accountability. I promise your business will floris. MY 2ND RESPONCE: Advacate what? The fact that you admitted your wrong or the fact that you admited YOU should have COMMUNICATED better? Because I'm definitely not going back and forth with you about what I could have, or should have done when I was clear the first time that I'm not obligated to do that. You're the stylist who was paid a booking fee, and you failed to inform your NEW customer about your delays. Also, let's not act like I didn't give you a call to let you know I had to go because it was running too late. You offered to do my locs on Thanksgiving Day, and when I told you I was going to be out of state, you did not offer any refund. If you are upset at what I'm posting, change your practices. I am doing my job, leaving an honest review. If you want a better review, provide a better experience. MY THIRD RESPONCE: I'm sorry you feel that way, but grace was given by me sitting there an hour past my paid scheduled time. I owe you nothing. Also, thank you, but no thanks. I wouldn't trust you touch my crown after you tried to blame me for my bad experience, not understand that you, the stylist, are accountable for any and every hiccup that pops up through the day and should be held accountable for not communicating anything to you customers when you watched him sit here for an hour. If I can't get my deposit back I will just visit the shop and speak to whoever I need too because I was going to let it go if you understood but you don't and you're just showing the public how to not run a business. I would like my refund for the service I never received. MY FORTH RESPONCE: No ones being snarky, just honest. Once you understand that 1. No customer that paid you owes you anything, 2. That you should have done everything you telling me I should have done, 3. That taking accountability doesn't include excuses and blaming the customer for not speaking up when you were the one that went into their time, I'll accept an apology. But I'll be taking my business elsewhere, but I will be at the shop Friday to receive my refund. I'm 100% fine with cash. I hope you do/did learn something. Show more

Final response you can come to the shop the only person to speak to is me I have no problem speaking to you, you can always give me a call, and I never tried to blame you for anything I was wondering why you never said anything i clearly said I agreed with what you were saying. The snarky remarks are uncalled cause I’m not even being smart with or rude to you. It could have just been no thank you and that's that. Again Was just tryna understand why you didn’t say anything. You feel like you’re not obligated to, okay 👍🏾 for someone like me that's learning as I go again I do apologize for the inconvenience.
