I scheduled your appointment for Friday but had to cancel due to being sick. I apologize for this, as I had hoped to feel better by then. I've rescheduled your appointment for the following day, but I was still unwell. I'm trying to understand your thoughts about this situation. I’ve only cut your hair once before, and this was only your second visit to the shop. Please keep in mind that I didn't cancel at the last minute; I notified you eight hours in advance that I wouldn't be able to make it. You’re not obligated to come to me for your haircut. If you needed one urgently, you could have gone to another shop instead of leaving a bad review based on this situation. Remember, this is just your second time at my shop, and it’s unreasonable to expect someone to work when they’re sick. Iim sorry for any inconvenience may cause. But if you have nothing better to do. This is not right thing to ruin people review I work so hard to get where I am. God bless you!
