Love the environment and the service. Everyone was kind and attentive to their respective clients while greeting walk ins. She took her time and made ...sure my hair was thoroughly washed so adding a scalp massage service would be great. Be mindful $8 parking is underground and the entrance is in the alley. Show more

Please understand the amount of time it took to detangle all of your hair since it was matted also you specifically asked me after your haircut was complete to go higher and only let me go higher on one side.
