Analysia never fails to disappoint. She came in clutch with this big last minute appointment for an event I’ve been looking forward to ^-^! She did a ...perfect job making my elaborate inspiration to life 💝 Not to mention the cleanliness of her work space is unmatched and nothing like you’d get in a regular salon. I felt taken care of when I come Analysia. Hospitality is 10/10! She even puts lotion on my ashy legs when I came in for a pedicure haha. Plus she had water and munchies on deck for when i felt like snacking. She made sure my massage during my pedicure felt great and I left feeling confident with my feet 😊 Show more

lesly and that other girl name that started w the t that left one star fr hating for no reason.... as themselves being "business owners", you'd think ...they'd be more understanding... but my hg analysia issss!!! she always gets me AND MY MOM straight for a bomb ass price! my gems n stones stay like the entirety of my nail life, which is about a lil over a month for me since i'm a server and she's so understanding. this last time i came late as hell and she didn't even charge me a late fee , js my soak off LIKEEE!!! Analysia cancelled my appointment that i booked out a MONTH in advance with no explanation. Did not offer to reschedule. She also offered a $5 discoun...t for a review & per referral; that was never acknowledged. Claims to be a beginner but has professional pricing. I paid $90 for this straight c-curve "long fill" the stones were off within a week; the shape was giving coffin ⚰️. One of my nails came off on the second week, by the third i had 0. Cant respect the lack of professionalism. Do not recommend. Show more

The initial correspondence from Analysia was Great. This was my first time booking with her, she reached out like Booksy stated she would. I booked fo...r a fill but because I’ve never been to her she required a soak off(which she offered) and to book a full set because she does not work on other people’s work. Understandable, I told her I could soak them off to save time she was appreciative. The day of my appointment she had a “family emergency” I use those words lightly because it was a red flag. Anyway being a business owner I understand things happen it was totally fine and she was again appreciative that I was so understanding. We ended up rescheduling for that Saturday. Analysia is home based so she sends her address the day of or before. She message me the day of gave me the Information and asked if I soaked off my nails. I expressed to her yes I soaked off all of the acrylic except for one little piece on my middle finger. I sent her a picture to show her. She then sent back my deposit and said she has to cancel my appointment because she doesn’t work on other peoples work. You can see the screenshots for full conversation. Very disheartening, disappointing and unprofessional. Especially since she offered to soak off my nails in the beginning. I don’t think she wanted to do my nails from the beginning and that was just a cop out. Her communication could’ve been better and I would’ve totally been fine with taking my business elsewhere. Instead she handled it unprofessionally. My advice is to do better I have no problem following peoples policies I’m a business owner as well and I have respect for others and their time, I did not receive that from her. Show more
