The initial correspondence from Analysia was Great. This was my first time booking with her, she reached out like Booksy stated she would. I booked fo...r a fill but because I’ve never been to her she required a soak off(which she offered) and to book a full set because she does not work on other people’s work. Understandable, I told her I could soak them off to save time she was appreciative. The day of my appointment she had a “family emergency” I use those words lightly because it was a red flag. Anyway being a business owner I understand things happen it was totally fine and she was again appreciative that I was so understanding. We ended up rescheduling for that Saturday. Analysia is home based so she sends her address the day of or before. She message me the day of gave me the Information and asked if I soaked off my nails. I expressed to her yes I soaked off all of the acrylic except for one little piece on my middle finger. I sent her a picture to show her. She then sent back my deposit and said she has to cancel my appointment because she doesn’t work on other peoples work. You can see the screenshots for full conversation. Very disheartening, disappointing and unprofessional. Especially since she offered to soak off my nails in the beginning. I don’t think she wanted to do my nails from the beginning and that was just a cop out. Her communication could’ve been better and I would’ve totally been fine with taking my business elsewhere. Instead she handled it unprofessionally. My advice is to do better I have no problem following peoples policies I’m a business owner as well and I have respect for others and their time, I did not receive that from her. Show more

She is an amazing nail tech. She takes her time in making sure everything is done right and is perfect but does it in a timely manner as well. She is ...so gental with moving and working with your hands. And is so sweet. I highly recommend getting your nails done with her. Show more
