Hello Im Lacie . I'm a licensed cosmetologist and I received my cosmetology education at Paul Mitchell the School Tinley Park. I specialize in natural hair, hair cutting, styling and much more. I thrive on providing great customer service along with a luxury ,pampering experience I look forward to building new relationships and creating amazing vibes!
📋 Booking Policies
Please read all policies carefully before booking your appointment.
Consultations: A hair and scalp assessment will be performed before every service to ensure the selected service is appropriate for your hair’s condition and needs. Additional consultations may be required for certain services, including color corrections or major color changes.
Deposit: A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit will be applied toward your remaining service balance.
Cancellation & Rescheduling: At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. If proper notice is provided, your $30 deposit may be transferred one time to a new appointment. Late cancellations, no-shows, or failure to follow the cancellation policy will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. A new $30 deposit will be required to book another appointment.
Payment: The remaining balance is due in full at the end of your appointment. I currently accept Cash or Zelle. Please be prepared to submit payment before leaving your appointment.
Late Arrivals: A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals exceeding the grace period may result in cancellation of the appointment, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.
Appointment Timing: Appointment times are estimates and may vary based on hair length, texture, density, condition, and the service being performed. I will not rush services in order to maintain quality and protect the health of your hair. If there is not enough time to safely complete a service, the service may need to be modified or rescheduled.
Guest Policy: For safety, comfort, and sanitation purposes, additional guests are not permitted. Parents or guardians who need to bring a child must contact me in advance for approval. Children must remain supervised by their parent or guardian at all times.
Cornrow Hair Requirement: Hair must be at least 4 inches long for cornrow services to help ensure proper installation and longevity.
Required Forms: All required forms must be completed before your appointment. Please review the service descriptions, policies, and website information carefully before booking.
Service Concerns: Your satisfaction is important to me. Please communicate any concerns or dislikes before leaving your appointment whenever possible. If you have a concern after your service, please contact me within 24 hours so I can determine the appropriate way to address it.
