The atmosphere was calm, clean, and quite, except when staff would carry on conversations with each other. Would get a little loud and in own language..., without acknowledging customers. Service good, but would recommend staff education and adherence to handwashing and not just depend on use of gloves, especially between customers and when carrying out other duties. Would also recommend wiping down areas customers use between each customer usage! Show more

The ambiance was nice, but I felt that the nail tech was rushing through the process because (walk-in) customers were waiting. I had an appointment—wa...s seated and left with my feet soaking for about 15 min before another person started my pedicure. When she was pushing the cuticles back and cleaning under the nails, it was a bit rough. I saw a few reviews stating some issues, but I wanted to support a local business and try this place out. It was a good experience at the beginning they offer you water and have also wine, I got a pedicure and the girl did so amazing I love how everything ...came out and she was calm and patient, although I can say otherwise about the other techs, I’m unsure the name of the lady I got but she was rushing my nails to the point where she was cutting me with her nail drill and put alcohol on it and it was stingy so I knew she cut me, I also asked her several times if she can give me an initial to represent my significant other and she told me yeah she can do it but proceeded to finish the nails without the initial. I reminded her about 3 times but I don’t think she understood me very well. Overall it’s a comfortable and beautiful place. Show more

Golden Pedicure

Very disappointed, I originally made my appointment Thursday for a Friday appointment at 4:30. The appointment wasn’t confirmed until 30 minutes prio...r to the appointment which I had to cancel. So, I went ahead and made another appointment on Friday for Saturday morning. That one was confirmed Saturday morning early enough for me to make the appointment for 930. I arrived at the salon at 9:25am and it was closed, no one was there. The staff started walking up about 935 which was very puzzling when my appointment was at 9:30, you would think they would have been there at least 15 to 20 minutes early to get everything open. Another lady was also waiting, we went into the salon not a very friendly greeting at all. I went ahead and let the person know I had an appointment for 930. He pointed to a seat for me to sit at in the waiting area which I did. They took the other lady who was there maybe five minutes later and I was in my pedicure seat about 10 minutes later. I got the golden pedicure, which was not golden in my opinion at all. It was basically a basic pedicure. The young man who did my pedicure was so preoccupied with other customers walking in the door where he couldn’t concentrate on my pedicure. I felt rush he did not do a good job at all. My package included a glass of wine which I was not offered. The whole experience was not good. I live in the area and was looking for a good nail salon I can go there permanently and this is not the one for me. I was going to speak with the Manager afterwards but, I just figured I would call on Monday and let them know. I think they were so overwhelmed on Saturday with customers they didn’t have enough technicians to help each person. My hairstylist recommended this salon to me so, I went ahead and tried it cause it’s only five minutes from my home. Unless they can do a better job in the future. I will not be back and when I say future, I would need a call from the Manager to explain to me why I should give them a second chance. One positive thing I can say it is a beautiful salon. Comfortable chairs but, they should’ve had soft music playing with a warm atmosphere. I’m not sure because, it was early in the morning and they had just open but, my 1 hour golden pedicure that said in the brochure ONLY took about 30 minutes.
