Golden Pedicure

Very disappointed, I originally made my appointment Thursday for a Friday appointment at 4:30. The appointment wasn’t confirmed until 30 minutes prio...r to the appointment which I had to cancel. So, I went ahead and made another appointment on Friday for Saturday morning. That one was confirmed Saturday morning early enough for me to make the appointment for 930. I arrived at the salon at 9:25am and it was closed, no one was there. The staff started walking up about 935 which was very puzzling when my appointment was at 9:30, you would think they would have been there at least 15 to 20 minutes early to get everything open. Another lady was also waiting, we went into the salon not a very friendly greeting at all. I went ahead and let the person know I had an appointment for 930. He pointed to a seat for me to sit at in the waiting area which I did. They took the other lady who was there maybe five minutes later and I was in my pedicure seat about 10 minutes later. I got the golden pedicure, which was not golden in my opinion at all. It was basically a basic pedicure. The young man who did my pedicure was so preoccupied with other customers walking in the door where he couldn’t concentrate on my pedicure. I felt rush he did not do a good job at all. My package included a glass of wine which I was not offered. The whole experience was not good. I live in the area and was looking for a good nail salon I can go there permanently and this is not the one for me. I was going to speak with the Manager afterwards but, I just figured I would call on Monday and let them know. I think they were so overwhelmed on Saturday with customers they didn’t have enough technicians to help each person. My hairstylist recommended this salon to me so, I went ahead and tried it cause it’s only five minutes from my home. Unless they can do a better job in the future. I will not be back and when I say future, I would need a call from the Manager to explain to me why I should give them a second chance. One positive thing I can say it is a beautiful salon. Comfortable chairs but, they should’ve had soft music playing with a warm atmosphere. I’m not sure because, it was early in the morning and they had just open but, my 1 hour golden pedicure that said in the brochure ONLY took about 30 minutes. We were able to get accommodated very fast. Harry, Kathy, and I forgot her name but there was another lady that was amazing too! My mom loved the jell...y pedicure, treated her for nails and pedi for her birthday! Harry did great with my pedi! And Kathy did amazing with my mom’s nails, unfortunately I can’t remember who done my nails but I love how she made my nails look natural and thin like it was my real nail. They even gave us water and made sure we were given what we wanted on our nails! Never fails to be there, this is our 2nd time going there again as soon as possible!! Show more

It is a beautiful nail spa and they did a great job. But, I didn’t get anything fancy. I had Kathy and Anna. Kathy did my nails and she was great! ...Anna was not friendly and didn’t fix my toenail polish that was messed up by the paper sandals. Kathy fixed it was she was done with my nails, and that delayed my ability to leave with dry toenails. The Spa was clean and the decor was glam. I would go back again. The price was inline with what everyone else charges. And even though Anna attitude was horrible she did give a decent pedicure. Show more

Golden Pedicure

I went on opening day and I had a wonderful experience with my technician, Nhi. I booked the Golden pedicure and I love that my appointment started ri...ght on my booked time, which was something I always looked for but cannot find in other nail salons (i hate making an appointment at other nail salons and having to wait longer than 10 minutes.) The salon's atmosphere and decor were very welcoming and relaxing. My service went well ( aside from the faulty massage chair, which they readily switched once I informed them) and it was relaxing. I do have to add that I did not get my glass of wine ( as advertised on the service menu) and my "take home kit" were not offered. I was provided a single mask to go when asked about it after, which I felt should have been offered. ( no fault to Nhi since I dont believe it was her fault). That were the 2 reasons why I took off a star from it being a truly 5 stars luxurious experience. I also understand that it was their opening day so there might have been some "knicks" and logistical issues normally expected for the 1st day of a business. Overall, I am looking forward to trying them out again. I have told my family about the experience and added to social media about the wonderful pedicure service I received. I hope that they will upkeep the experience as that will set them apart from other salons in the area and continue to bring them viable business. I think most consumers, like myself, do not mind paying for higher prices in services when the experience is worth the price, and based on my last visit, it was. Show more
