One of the best ponytails I’ve received in a long time! The best part was the shampoo, it felt so good when she was scrubbing my scalp!! I’ve known the stylist for years and gone to receive service from her a few times. Girl can do some hair. She’s modified what I paid for. I was spe...cific in what i wanted and wasn’t provided that to me for the second time. I even have screen shot of what I asked, including when sending the deposit with the memo stating what i wanted/ and what I’m paying for. It’s what i purchased. I asked for 14 closure, 18, and a 22 body wave bundle. I was given a 20, 22 in STRAIGHT. So now it’s 14, 20, 22 i really don’t see where th miscommunication is at I have a “cut “ that’s supposed to be natural but it looks like a kid cut it… it’s just all a mess This morning. I’m outside and i noticed my closure isn’t even dyed! She said she dyed it and it’s not blended AT ALL! She was supposed to dye my hair jet black (i had her change the color) only for her to only dye the bundles and not the closure! So now my hair is jet black with the nature brown closure on top 🥴 I messaged the stylist, only for her to play victim and gaslight the situation. Like, if you say you might have rinse the closure out too early, why not suggest i come back in to get it fix? 🤔 There was no trying to solve the situation whatsoever ever. No, “come and get the right bundles, let me dye it right, ect…” NOTHING! When she responded to my text, i was blocked afterwards. I have a LIVE RECORDING TODAY, and got my hair done yesterday. My look is not what i paid for. I don’t know if it’s because we know each other but that doesn’t matter.I’m still a customer and i expected to be treated as such . I paid her for her worth, only for her to not give me the service i paid for. Idc if a person said it doesn’t look that bad, or don’t notice it. I know what my hair looks like and i am not satisfied. I am saddened by this. Now i have to look a hot ass mess and my money has gone to waste. Almost $700 (hair, service). I only post this simply because how she went about it and didn’t want to rectify the situation. Again, i don’t think she would not have done this to anyone that she PERSONALLY didn’t know. Show more
