First time here and she broke my literal nail when cutting my recent acrylic it was bleeding, everything after that point hurt. then cut my cuticle on... 2 different fingers one was bleeding one is red like irritated(shown in pictures). asked for discount since she made me bleed she said “sorry sorry but no” she said my next cleaning will be free because she broke my nail and made me bled but it’s useless will not be back because of what happened today.

I am truly sorry I did not meet your expectations, but you did not meet mine either. You arrived without informing me that you needed a thick acrylic removal, which is an additional service and requires extra time. Even so, I completed the full removal and a new full set in just two hours. I do NOT offer discounts because I value my work and charge fairly. I believe that is what bothered you, as you requested discounts and asked me to lower the price of my work, and I told you I could not. For that reason, I prefer not to have you back at my table.
