The guy was more than an hour late getting to the shop for my appointment. Ended up getting my haircut by a different guy. When the guy, Miguel Castil...lo I think was his name, was contacted, he lied and said he sent a message but didn’t get a response which is why he wasn’t there for the appointment. I never got a message at all. He was overall very unprofessional. To the guy who pushed one of his appointments back to get me squared away, I appreciate you and this review in no way reflects on you. Show more

I did send a text to the number that's on booksy but didn't get a response. I can actually take a screenshot of the message and time I sent it. Sometimes, what happens is that booksy doesn't update your phone number if you happen to change it without calling them or trying to do it yourself, I'm really sorry for the inconvenience this caused you, but I did explain in the text that I wasn't going to make it at 9 but I could get you at 10am or I could get another barber to take care of you. Again, I'm sorry!!

Amazing staffs. Went here to cut my son's hair and they went extra mile to make it happen. My son gets triggered when ever a machine touches his hair.... They were patient with him even though my son wasn't cooperating. He had the best hair cut. He is slowly getting used to it. Second experience was wonderful. I will recommend this place anytime.
