She had an unforeseen situation come up, however she made sure I was notified timely, went out her way to make sure I still had the best experience by traveling to me and finished my hair a day early. Very pleased with the service. Parts are super clean, the service doesn’t hurt (install or retie), the duration of time for the service meets my expec...tation, my hair is growing (especially my post pardum edges hair loss). Overall pleased with the install and subsequent retie services. Any dark roots are new growth (4 months post install), my growth is on par with my expectations for my hair growth rate. Show more
