Farah is such a pleasure to work with. She’s done my hair on two occasions and both were delightful! A few things I enjoy about about getting my hair ...braided by Farah: She pays attention to details She is kind She ensures you’re comfortable She engages in conversation but not as to overwhelm you the client She respects your privacy and asks for consent to take photos She is super efficient (small waist length in 6 hours? Nobody’s seeing her!!) In the service industry, there’s an aspect of service that’s been forgotten; but Farah embodies all those elements so gracefully.
