First time I booked, she was 1.5 hrs behind — I was cool with it since she gave a discount. Second time, she canceled 1.5 hrs before due to being behi...nd and having other plans. I tried to reschedule, she gave one option, then stopped responding when I asked for alternatives. I even cleared my day to make her time work — still nothing. Her work is good, but I’m not dealing with shitty customer service. I have a career and tight schedule. Normally I don’t leave negative reviews, but too many Houston stylists don’t value clients’ time. Show more
