I’m rating a 2 b/c I appreciate being accommodated as far as scheduling.. moving forward way to much product was put into BOTH my sons (Triztian and A...ajon) hair. She did NOT style it or anything.. (YES, that an additional fee) BUT we were 1st time customers. Also for $185 plus tip DON’T you get hair washed?… my son did NOT get that!!! I’m truly unhappy with the service my family received. I have (3) children with locs, after my (2) sons hair was done, my daughter REFUSED to have hers done. I’m response to your response, I was not trying to be disrespectful and as I said I don’t have locs BUT both of their retwist is loose already. My daughter stated she did tell you Aajon needed his hair styled for ROTC inspection, and I told you on the phone when we rescheduled due to the weather. Again I’m appreciate of you fitting them in. UPDATE!!! Stylist called me Saturday morning and offered to have my sons return so that my daughter would be happy with the services we received!!!!… FREE !!!…(I DID TIP 1st & 2nd visit)…... WHO WOULDA THOUGHT??!!!… in today’s world you very seldom come across true professionals I was pleasantly surprised. I was so impressed I made appointment to have my own hair done. (Smile) Show more
