I had an amazing experience at this salon! I arrived about 5mins early for my appointment, they took me right in without delay. My hair was braided d...own and I was under the dryer in maybe 20mins. Cee was incredibly diligent, taking her time to ensure every detail of my hair was perfect. She was not only professional but also kind, courteous, and genuinely sweet. The atmosphere of the salon was warm and welcoming, making the entire visit so enjoyable. I was in and out on time, which I really appreciated. The service was quick yet thorough, and the professionalism was top-notch. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for exceptional service in a great environment. If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a 1:30 appointment and I arrived on time to wait for an hour to be serviced. The music in the salon was extreme...ly loud while the TV was extremely loud. I asked for my wig to be colored by Cee Robinson it was not. I asked for a specific style it was not the style requested. My wig was not secure my hair was exposed in the back and on the sides when I reached out to Cee for guidance she immediately became offensive and offended and offered a refund which was not given and told me to stop texting her. I will never return to this salon. If you are looking for an experienced professional stylist keep looking. Show more

I told you I don't want to service you… I should’ve stuck with my first mind lol I’ve never had any complaints about the atmosphere in the salon ever lol I knew you would find anything to complain about. Soo glad you won’t be returning and btw this is a closure wig so if you lift it would definitely look like this
