Extremely disappointed with this barber, I had an appt with him this morning @ 10:45, canceled on me last min, did not properly offer to r/s, stated h...e was going to reach out, he did not. I have a very important commitment thus the appointment. This complete disregard to a consistent client is highly unprofessional. This is not a way of conducting business. Barbers charge you a cancelation fee but I see no recourse for us clients when it happens to us, and that’s not fair. Hope this can be a learning experience for this young barber. God bless you man, wish you nothing but success. I hope you don’t take my constructive criticism the wrong way. We’re grown and must stand on bunniz 💯 see you around. Edit on your response: I respect that you’ve owned this, and apology accepted, but just to be crystal clear when I rescheduled my appt I did it 2 days in advance, I’ll attach the screenshot, never last minute that’s just not how I get down, let’s keep it all the way a buck. Hey thanks for the feedback. I apologize for the inconvenience and my failure to follow up. Been a very very busy week coming back from vacation and still getting very little sleep. Your original last miniute reschedule was not charged even though i was fully booked that day and lost money from that reschedule, and today’s appointment was not charged either. I pride myself in my service and always make sure to show my appreciation to clients when/if a slip-up happens, I do appreciate your previous positive review.
