First off she was 35 minutes LATE! my appointment was at 7:30 AM. she got there at 8:05. we started at 8:10. I SPECIFICALLY made my appointment that e...arly because I had another appointment to get to at 12:00. ANYWAYS. when I had to leave for my other appointment I asked her how much longer until we were done. GUESS WHAT??! SHE SAID 30 minutes!!! So if she was on time (also she works out of her home!!) then we would have finished. So I drive to my other appointment and drive ALL THE WAY BACK to finish my hair. the extra time i spent driving was a total of 3 hours. because this shordy wanna be late to the appointment!! SHE DID NOT ASK IF I WANTED A DISCOUNT OR ANYTHING. ON TOP OF THAT, the last braid she was rushing to get done before i had to leave. FELL OUT THE DAY AFTER. THEN I CALLED HER COMPLAINING. then she said oh your hairs too short thats why the braid fell out. IF MY HAIR WAS TOO SHORT THEN MULTIPLE BRAIDS WOULD HAVE FELL OUT. AND IT WAS LITERALLY THE LAST ONE SHE DID! THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE IVE HAD HONESTLY IN MY LIFE. She was late. Did not care at all. Did not say sorry about anything. Insanely unprofessional and this was just sad. I am also in the beauty industry and if this happened to a client of mine. they would get a free service. THEN I HIT TRAFFIC AND IT TOOK ME AN HOUR AND 20 minutes to get back to you. AND IF YOU WERE ON TIME AT 7:30 I WOULDNT HAVE HAD TO EVEN COME BACK. And why in the hell would i want to come back to you. I dont want you to fix it. However, you did not inform me that your hair was short and had a blunt, uneven cut. Additionally, you dyed your hair a few hours before the appointment, which made it challenging to grip. Despite this, I parted your braids smaller than the reference picture you provided to ensure they would last longer and not fall out, and I extended them to butt-length, all without asking for extra payment. When you contacted me about one braid falling out, I offered to re-braid it at no extra charge. Instead, you requested a refund for the single braid, which I believe fell out due to the short and uneven nature of your hair, not due to any fault in my work. You also mentioned running late for another appointment, and I suggested you return later. You returned hours later, citing traffic as the reason for the delay. I made every effort to accommodate your needs and provide a satisfactory service. It is disheartening to receive a negative review that seems to create an unfair narrative.
