I was looking for a new barber and came across Oscar and was shocked that he had availability so soon and booked immediately. Once the service was co...mplete I was very satisfied with the end result. It was also my first time getting a fade and it was done so well. He also asked questions and confirmed everything that I wanted done. Excellent service and I will be a regular moving forward. I would not be surprised if it becomes where you have to book appointments weeks out because of the quality of work is definitely going to create a loyal following the more people hear about this place that is still relatively new in the area. Oscar was very efficient, careful, and detailed. I didn't have a concrete idea of what I wanted for my cut but he asked me a few questions to get a be...tter idea, and it certainly worked. I am incredibly pleased with the outcome. I have a less-than-desirable hairline, but Oscar was able to touch around it to make it look better and and was very careful around it. I’ve been coming here for a couple months now. One of the best parts about this shop is the flexibility. It’s easy to get an appointment or find a tim...e that works for you, early or later in the day. Most shops in the Middletown area are a hassle to get in, some for mediocre work. Every time I go in, I come out looking fresh and feeling like every dollar spent was more than worth it. It’s also in a convenient area that isn’t super congested to find a parking spot. Highly recommend coming to El Oso! Show more

One of the best experiences when taking my 6 year old to get a haircut . My child doesn’t like haircuts and has meltdowns on the chair , Oso is very ...patient and calm as he carefully and gently finishes the cut to perfection , even uses a machine that has less sound than the original ones so my child feels more relaxes and not scared .
