Highly disappointed in the lack of professionalism. I’m outraged! My appointment was at 9:30 am and I waited until 10:05. No show. I’m even more pisse...d because I gave this guy a second chance after he had me waiting for a previous appointment about 2 months ago over 2 hours long because he was yet late again! Not to mention, Because of him I missed my cousin’s funeral that day! Why have appointment slots if you’re not committed to going by them. Skill means nothing if you don’t have the professional integrity to treat your clients with respect. My time is just as important as your time and if the shoe was on the other foot and I was late. I’m sure an effort to be “squeezed in” would not have been made. But no worries you won’t see my dollars again. STRAIGHT UP GARBAGE! Show more
