Scheduled and appointment and at the day off just 20min before appointment the barber texted to cancel, said he will reschedule had to wait for 2 week...s, then requested to schedule we agreed on day and time. When I showed up he was busy with another customer he had double booked I spent 1hr waiting and still wast seen! So I left and requested a refund, barber didn’t respond in a timely manner, still waiting for the refund very unprofessional

I booked an appointment at 4:15 PM for my brother’s haircut, and it’s now 5:00 PM and he’s still waiting. The barber didn’t respect the scheduled time... — he was eating instead of attending the client, and right after that, his wife showed up, which delayed things even more. This kind of delay and lack of respect for customers’ time is unacceptable. Unfortunately, he’s known for always being late, and today just confirmed that reputation. Professionalism and punctuality should be the minimum.
