I’ve had mixed experiences. The lashes themselves are great and retention is always good, and she’s friendly. However, she’s canceled on me the day b...efore twice. Also, the last time I went for a fill, she didn’t clean my lashes beforehand. When I asked, she said it was because I came from home, which isn’t a valid reason to skip proper hygiene. Good results, but the professionalism and consistency need improvement.

thanks for your review but yesterday i messaged you that our schedules didn’t align there for i adviced you to look for another lash tech i know it's frustrating but you’re a new client and i feel like i am working my time around your schedule so it wasn’t working out for me because i don't want to keep cancelling you or reschedule you, all my clients put pto/time off to fit into my schedule since i am also a mom not just a lash tech but if i was to stick with having you i would have to work after my regular hours, i hope you find someone that’s a good fit for you :)
