I apologize you feel that way, I communicated a way you could still fulfill your appointment although you never showed up for your scheduled time. You called with an “emergency” almost a hour later, & I still tried to fulfill your appointment. Now that you’ve left me a false review, I hope that you're able to find a barber that best fit you.
