First, I want to clarify this and tell you that you scheduled a gel manicure appointment with Rossy, but Rossy let me know that what you had was a rubber gel base, which only needed a refill . However, Rossy had already removed most of the product of you nails . I asked you if you wanted rubber base gel again, to which you said you didn't like regular gel manicures, so you agreed to have a new set of rubber base gel applied. You never complained about anything, and I never heard any of my staff call you that offensive word. And if you didn't feel well, you should have informed us at the time of payment.
