This client was 30 minutes late.. Unfortunately I cannot accept clients especially on a Friday who don't call or text bfr their appointment to even let me know they are running late. This behavior is unacceptable from any stylist. You cannot call 30 mins late and ask to come and you haven't even left yet. I offer professional services this would put other clients and my schedule behind as well.
