Absolutely LIVID. Sent my son in for a haircut with his dad. My husband told the barber he wanted my son’s hair faded on the sides with a finger lengt...h left on top. My husband stepped in the bathroom for a second while they got started and when he came out my son’s hair was all gone. This was our first time to this shop and was hopefully to support a local small business a few blocks from our house, but we will continue to drive to a different shop that actually listens to what you are asking for and not completely ruin your child’s hair! My husband said he mentioned this to the barber and the response was “I misunderstood” then was still charged full price! Show more
