As I've stated before in my comments I always redeem a Groupon if it's getting close to expiring so the client doesn't lose the credit. Most clients will text me to see if I redeemed it I would tell them yes and we'd set their appointment up. It's still waiting for her if she wants it. I did forget to respond back to her after feeling better but I'm human and forgot.

Lori, it is still available for your use and no one else!! It was getting ready to expire so I redeemed it so you would still be able to get full credit! It expires on 9/3 you waited till the last minute to even use it and I am booked. Again a simple call would have resolved this
