Went in to do a loc repair , at first parts and locs looked great but within a few days the few locs that were crotched were falling apart . I tried t...o rebook an appointment and for some reason the app claims she’s not available for the next 24 months, and she hasn’t responded to any of my texts or calls . I would ask for a refund because I’m currently walking around looking homeless but I know I’m not going to even get a response back . Show more

I empathize with your situation, and I want to assure you that I take pride in my skills as a loctician. I can do everything from starters locs to retwists, styles, repairs, and even color. However, it seems that you didn't follow the aftercare tips I provided, and I put in a lot of effort to fix your locs. This issue is something I've never encountered with anyone else before. I even went the extra mile and purchased extensions and afro hair to repair them for free. Unfortunately, I cannot accept anyone defaming my name, work, or business. So, I did return the items. After this experience, I believe it would be best for you to find someone else to take care of your locs. Thank you for your business.
