Started out great! Super friendly and talkative. Showed him a video of the haircut I wanted. In the vide, the guy shares that the haircut he got wa...s a low taper. So I asked for a low taper. When the cut was done. The haircut did not look like the video I showed the barber. I asked the barber to bring it up like it is in the video. The barber then tells me that it’s actually a medium taper and he was just giving me what I was asking for (even though I showed him the video and picture) and that I should have asked for a medium taper at the beginning. I attempted to give him feedback stating that He’s the professions so if the video and the customer (whom are not professionals) are telling you something different than what they actually want you should take the time to educate them. He then got defensive and as I was asking for additional adjustments to better match what I was looking for he passively said he couldn’t do them cause he had a customer waiting. Overall not the greatest barber experience. Will not be returning. Giving 2 stars cause he was super kind and friendly, but rating mostly on the haircut. Show more

Sartya, thank you for your feedback, Sorry you left without being fully satisfied, I do say this I tried to really make it work for ya and give you the best taper, but you not wanting to touch the top made the haircut not what you wanted it to be. Hopefully you do find the right barber that suits you and thank you for giving it a try.
