She’s really rough and doesn’t care about how she treats your hair. She even acknowledged that I was tender headed and didn’t put any type of effort i...n to make the experience less painful. She just wants to get the appointment over with, get her money, and continue to the next client. She ripped so much of my hair out, I’m still seeing the breakage fall onto my clothes even two weeks later. She’s rude and inconsiderate. Thanks.
