First I’d like to thank sue for her amazing flexibility. I did in fact come in short $20, she still allowed me to get my service done and pay the rest... the next day. This is in no way the norm for me and can trust won’t happen again. While doing my hair I felt no pain at all, there were a few tugs here and there but nothing I haven’t felt before while getting my hair done. The last lady did my hair so tight and my scalp was so irritated, I have not even a lick of that feeling today. I got my locs retwisted and they came out amazing. Her assistant said was quite heavy handed at times, anytime I would’ve thought to say something (only about 2 or 3 times) Sue was able to check her and put her back in the right path.

Horrible, listening experience when this was not my first time coming to her I should’ve trusted my instinct, but the second time made it awful. I had... to go to the bodega to get money out of the ATM machine and I’m thinking she just follow me over so she can get a drink or something, but she also accuse me of stealing and she happened to be from Jamaica and she is very very judgmental about black Americans I did not feel comfortable in chair as she know that I pay previously with my god who happened to be a doctor. It was just very very unfair. I felt like I was Like a thief. I felt so unvalued and I have a heart condition what which brought my anxiety so I know the work she did was still good, but my anxiety was so high. I felt so unappreciated. I will definitely not be coming back and this is not her first time.

This is accusation at the highest level. First of all you know you were coming to get your hair done you should have your money at hand. Or some form of payment method readily at hand. And I will not speak on the horrible thing you did at my place of work. Oh yes! Jamaican and very proud and I have nothing against Americans i love all people. And you can’t stop my business with your one bad review because my clients knows me and will never disrespect any of my clients. I value all my clients✌️
