1st visit pros and cons Con: 1. I messaged her days before my appointment trying to confirm a couple things w/no response. 2. The day of the appointm...ent she messaged me saying she couldn’t do my hair at the time booked and I would need to come earlier. I already had a full day planned so that was definitely an inconvenience. Pro: I advised her the times I was available and she was able to accommodate. She is quick with service as I was in and out in an hour. She is very nice and did a good job on my hair. Show more
