Very sad that the professional didn’t listen to the client about what he wanted. I allowed my son’s father to take him to his appointment with the und...erstanding the professional knew what his client liked. My son has learned to trust PChex. I even wrote in the notes about what to expect from father and to make his client happy. After seeing a picture of the butchering of my son‘s head, I called and spoke to the professional about the work he did. He explained to me that he warned the father. It would not look good and still insisted on listening to the father who does not have custody of my child. This was only during his visitation time. Not only did he butcher the hair and make it extremely ugly and short the lines were crooked. His forehead is crooked, and it was overall bad haircut. The professional explained to me that he does only what the person who is paying him to do. He does not listen to his client but only the person who’s paying him money. At some point, the haircut appointment should have been ended and not proceeded to give a horrible, disgusting, crooked bad lines haircut I would have paid you myself if you would have stopped butchering his hair. True professional would not want this hair cut attached to their name. Show more

I’m sorry that you were not happy with the hair cut. I don’t know how you expect me to refuse to listen to the adult over the child and still except the adult to pay for the service. I gave your son the haircut he requested. The father told me to cut more of his hair because “he looked like a girl”. I gave your son a second hair cut, and the father was still not was happy. I stopped cutting his hair because it was only getting shorter, so I was unable to finish. If I would have continued listening to the father your son would have been bald. Thank you for your past support, I hope you find a better barber.
