Coming from someone who has salon-hopped her entire life, tried probably every “highly recommended” stylist in the tri-state area… Take it from me. GO... TO MELISSA. Her work is impeccable. Her knowledge of her craft is outstanding. My hair has never looked better, been healthier or longer in my life. She has helped me reach so many of my hair goals in just 3 short years. I am always greeted with a smile, always made to feel like I am the most important person in the room when I am there. All of that is great… but what is irreplaceable is her willingness to LISTEN. I have never had a stylist care so much about how I felt about the outcome of my hair until I met Melissa. I have never felt comfortable telling the stylist if I want something changed…until I sat in her chair. Her communication skills are superior. You will never leave the salon unhappy because she is humble enough and willing to listen to you. I can honestly that say because of this, every time I leave the salon I get exactly what I came for.
