Absolutely obsessed with my mani 🤩 The attention to detail, shape, color, and overall finish were perfection. My nails came out so clean, polished, a...nd exactly the vibe I wanted. And the real stamp of approval? My teenager looked at them and said they were “fire” 🔥 — and if you have teens, you know compliments don’t come easy 😂 So yes… they really do look that good!!! 1/5 stars Really disappointed with my manicure. The polish was streaky and uneven, the shape was inconsistent on each hand, and the corners were not ...clean at all—polish bled into the sidewalls on some nails while others had gaps where the corners weren’t sealed. Within a day, a couple of edges started lifting because the corners were so sloppy. What made it worse was the attitude. The nail technician seemed annoyed from the start, rushed through everything, and rolled her eyes when I politely pointed out the messy corners. When gave feedback, she sighed and said it “ I won’t give you your money back or redo.” Even tho I didn’t ask for refund. For the price, I expected basic attention to detail and a professional demeanor. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend based on this experience.

Hi Hanin, thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry you were unhappy with your experience. I always strive to provide quality work and accommodate my clients whenever possible. In your case, I rearranged my schedule multiple times to fit you in after your original requested appointment wasn’t available. There were also last-minute cancellations and, on the day of your appointment, you arrived approximately 30 minutes late. I explained that this would significantly reduce the time available for your service, but you chose to proceed with the appointment. While I understand your disappointment with the final result, the shortened appointment time did impact what could reasonably be completed. I appreciate all feedback and will continue to provide the best service possible for my clients. I wish you all the best in finding a salon that better meets your expectations.
