Don’t get me wrong, her work is good. But when it comes to punctuality, that’s where things fall apart. From day one, she’s consistently been late. To...day, I had a noon appointment and arrived early at 11:45. Without any prior notice, she waited until I got there to tell me she was running an hour behind. I had no choice but to reschedule for 4:30 PM, working around my 3–4 PM appointment. Once again, there was no call or update, only to find out she had left for the day. No communication whatsoever. I had a 7 PM engagement and work the next day, and now I’m completely out of luck because of her lack of professionalism. Good work is important, but so is respecting people’s time.
