Not great. We've been to Sweeney Todd's a few times and used to go to John T. for our son's haircut. Our son is autistic but high functioning—sometime...s haircuts can be challenging for him sensory wise. Working with John T. was awesome, he was very calming to our son and patient. He was like the child haircut whisperer. Unfortunately, John T. was not available for our recent visit (or maybe he no longer works there!?) Our most recent experience with a new barber wasn't awesome. The cut wasn't as good as before and it was obvious to our child and my husband he was annoyed. We get it, cutting children's hair is a pain in the ass, especially a child that is struggling, that's why we are paying YOU to do it. Have some f*cking grace. Don't put yourself available for a child's haircut service if you can't be inclusive and handle a child that is scared or struggling. Show more

I am sorry you were unhappy with your son's haircut. I did my best to make it a tolerable experience for him given the cut requested. I'm patient with all children and understand experiences can be more challenging than others.
